Animals!

Let me do a quick bio on each of my animals. They all have very distinctive personalities.
Patches (sometimes referred to as the white cat):
Perhaps the most arrogant cat, she thinks she is the head of the house. Is our oldest (11 years) and fattest cat. She weighs in at just under 20 pounds (huge for a cat). She is our calico cat and my baby. Despite her sometimes mean mien (that word is for you Mr. Z) she is really sweet to some people, but has a great deal of repugnance towards any other kind of animal that does not let her pet it. She has the smoothest fur out of all my animals. She does not like chasing things for very long. She would much rather be pampered than anything else. Above all else she is a bully, but like most bullies she is quite the coward and is afraid of everything but the other cat and me. She once belonged to Ice, but when Ice moved out without her, she adopted me. Fire gets extremely annoyed with Patches and will often throw (or chase) Patches from her room. Patches is the princess of pets.
Hatshepsut (Sut or the black cat for short):
Named for one the most famous female, Egyptian Pharoahs, Hatshepsut is very skittish. Sut belongs to Fire and only Fire. Occasionally Sut can be tamed, but most of the time she is quite skittish. She is a little chubby (about 15 pounds), and she is 10 years old. She has been the recipient of Patches' bullying for many years. She likes her fur to grow wild and if we did not occasionally brush all of her fur would inevitably be matted. Hatshepsut surprisingly l likes other pets, but hates all cats except for herself. One time Fire brought home another a kitten. Sut would have likely killed that cat if she had the chance. Hatshepsut is the innocent (I use the word loosely) pet.
Banana
My yellow parakeet who can be nice when he chooses to be. Banana used to be second in command in the bird cage has recently moved up to first. The older of the two birds hates coming out of the cage, but when he does he will perch on Sut's head. Sut loves this because it gives her the right amount of scratching. Banana loves to cat fight with the other bird. Banana is the prince of the cage.
Sky
My beautiful blue and gray parakeet is quite vicious. He was vicious before he was knocked booted from first in command so we can not say his viciousness is a direct result of his loss of rank. He is also very skittish since he lost his rank. Sky is a fallen prince.
Rusty
Rusty is one of my almost identical gerbils. Rusty is quite fat and lazy. There is no telling to whether or not he is above of the other gerbil, we will have to keep guessing there. Rusty is the easiest catch between the gerbils.
Pat
Pat is the other gerbil and is not very fat. However like most jocks, he is not the brightest. He has been seen to try and run on top of the wheel instead in the wheel. He loves to jump from the upper platforms down to the bottom of their cage. He is very agile in getting from the bottom to the top with out the use of his ladder. Pat is the jock.
Ginger
Last but not least Ginger is the youngest and newest of the pets. She is always skittish, but loves running laps inside of her cage. Her squeal is sometimes so loud you can hear outside the house (ignore the fact that the windows were open). She is also the messiest of the pets.
Ginger is adorable.

Now that you know a little of about my pets you are probably wondering how, or better yet, why do we have so many animals. Who knows. Sometimes it feels like a farm over here.

And yes Ginger is a vegas guinea pig

Until Next Time
